Returns acceptance period: Returns are only accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, etc.) is required.

Returns and exchanges for customer convenience:

  • As a general rule, differences in size or image are not permitted .
  • However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us by email and we will consider making an individual arrangement.

Return Procedure: Please contact us in advance by email ( contact@awaitingfalkor.com ). We will provide you with a return address depending on the situation. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact.

Return shipping fee:

  • Defective products/misdeliveries: Our company will bear the costs
  • Customer convenience: Generally not allowed. In case of special circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the costs.

Refund: Once the returned item is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days using the same payment method .
