1. 送料 / Shipping Rates

• 送料はPrintfulの規定に基づき、チェックアウト時に自動計算されます。
  Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on Printful’s rates.
• 国や商品カテゴリごとに送料は異なります（例：Tシャツ、マグカップ、ステッカーなど）。
  Rates vary by country and product category (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.).
• 複数商品をご購入の場合、Printfulのルールに基づき「2点目以降の追加送料」がかかります。
  For multiple items, additional shipping fees may apply for the second and subsequent products.

2. 関税・輸入税 / Customs Duties & Import Taxes

• 海外発送の場合、関税・輸入税はお客様のご負担となります（DDU条件）。
  For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (DDU).
• 免税基準の一例：
  米国: $800以下免税
  台湾: 約NT$2,000以上課税の可能性
  豪州: AUD 1,000以下免税
  Example thresholds:
  USA: Duty-free under $800
  Taiwan: Duties may apply over approx. NT$2,000
  Australia: Duty-free under AUD 1,000

3. 納期 / Delivery Times

• 国内配送（日本）：通常5〜10営業日程度でお届けします。
  Domestic (Japan): Usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
• 海外配送（米国、豪州、台湾）：通常7〜14営業日程度でお届けします。
  International (USA, Australia, Taiwan): Usually delivered within 7–14 business days.
• 天候、通関、製造状況により遅延が発生する場合があります。
  Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or production conditions.

4. 返品・交換 / Returns & Exchanges

• 不良品や誤配送の場合、当社負担で返品・交換を承ります。
  For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
• お客様都合（サイズ違い・イメージ違い等）の返品・交換は原則対応できません。
  Returns/exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size or color) are generally not accepted.

5. 決済方法 / Payment Methods

• クレジットカード（Visa, Mastercard, AMEXなど）およびPayPalをご利用いただけます。
  We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) and PayPal.
• 決済はShopifyを通じて安全に処理されます。
  Payments are securely processed through Shopify.

6. 通貨表示 / Currency Display

• 商品価格と送料は、各マーケットの現地通貨で表示されます（JPY, USD, AUD, TWD）。
  Prices and shipping fees are displayed in local currencies (JPY, USD, AUD, TWD).
• PrintfulのUSD送料を換算しているため、端数が出る場合があります。
  Shipping fees are converted from Printful’s USD rates, so minor rounding differences may occur.
