返品・交換ポリシー / Return & Exchange Policy

返品受付期間：商品到着後14日以内にご連絡いただいた場合のみ返品を承ります。

返品条件：

• 不良品または誤配送の場合のみ返品・交換をお受けします。
• 商品が未使用・未着用でタグ付き、元のパッケージに入っていること。
• 購入証明（レシート等）があること。

お客様都合の返品・交換：

• サイズ違い・イメージ違い等は原則として不可です。
• ただし特別な事情がある場合はメールでご相談ください。個別に対応を検討いたします。

返品手順：必ず事前にメール（contact@awaitingfalkor.com）でご連絡ください。返品先住所は状況に応じてご案内します。事前連絡なしの返送は受け付けられません。

返品送料：

• 不良品・誤配送：当店負担
• お客様都合：原則不可。特別対応の場合はお客様負担

返金：返品商品確認後、5〜10営業日以内に同じ決済方法で返金処理

Return Period: Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective or misdelivered items.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Customer Convenience Returns:

• Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience (wrong size, change of mind, etc.) are not accepted in principle.
• However, depending on circumstances, special arrangements may be considered. Please contact us by email.

Procedure: Contact us first at contact@awaitingfalkor.com. Return addresses vary depending on the situation and will be provided individually. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

• Defective/misdelivered items: Covered by our store.
• Customer convenience: Not accepted in principle. If exceptionally arranged, customer bears the cost.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method, after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
