1.Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on Printful 's regulations.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipping (Japan): Usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense.
    For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
  • As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (wrong size, different image, etc.).
    Returns/exchanges due to customer preference (eg, wrong size or color) are generally not accepted.
